Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Generic Ventures LDA, trading as "YJÜK", Braga, Portugal, [email protected], +351 934 191 599) of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional cost arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option). We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — in other words, you may inspect them as you would in a shop.

How to return an item
- Notify us via our Contact page.
- Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging with any tags and certificates.
- Ship the package to the return address we provide, and share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, in line with the rules above. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value as described.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, contact us within 14 days and return the original item as above. Exchanges are subject to stock; if an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or a refund. A re-delivery fee may apply to exchanges and will be confirmed beforehand.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with details and photos. We will arrange the return and send a replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
