Our terms when shopping with YJÜK
These terms govern your use of https://yjuk.co and all purchases made through it, operated by Generic Ventures LDA, trading as "YJÜK" (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We offer 925 Sterling Silver and 18K Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver jewelry to customers across the EU.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are shown before you complete your order, and the total payable (including shipping) is displayed on the final order summary.
4. How a contract is formed
The presentation of products on the website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when we accept your order — at the latest when we dispatch the goods or confirm dispatch by email. Before submitting your order you can review and correct your entries on the order summary, using your browser’s back function or by editing your cart.
5. Contract language and record
The contract may be concluded in English. We store your order details and send them to you by email with your order confirmation; previous orders are also available in your account.
6. Payment and retention of title
Payment is processed securely by Stripe and may include card, Klarna, SEPA and Multibanco, subject to availability. The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Delivery Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details and a model withdrawal form are provided in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
9. Faulty or non-conforming goods
Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods are unaffected by these terms. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Any mandatory statutory liability, including under applicable product-liability law, remains unaffected.
11. Customer reviews
Customer reviews shown on the website are imported from Google and Trustpilot, which take steps to verify that reviews come from real customers.
12. Product imagery
Some product and model imagery is digitally rendered. Every image is reviewed by our team to faithfully represent the actual product you will receive.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of Generic Ventures LDA, trading as "YJÜK" or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except where the law allows.
14. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR; please see our Privacy Statement.
15. Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to, and do not currently, participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
