No, our pieces are manufactured using machinery.

Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
No, not yet!
Is your jewelry certified?
Yes, our suppliers provide us with certified 925 Sterling Silver and 18K Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver jewelry. We do not however provide certificates directly to customers with each order. Certificates can be provided on request.
Orders and Delivery
Do you offer Free Delivery?
Yes! Free delivery on all orders! If you require an urgent delivery (1-3 business days) we charge a subsidised €10 fee.
Which company do you use for deliveries?
We use CTT Expresso.
How do I create an account?
An account is not required to place an order, but one can be created during the checkout process.
How do I change my shipping address?
Once you have placed the order, you will need to notify us if you wish to update the shipping address. We are able to do this if we have not yet requested the courier to collect the parcel. If the courier order has already been placed, it is not possible to update the shipping address.
How do I track the status of my order?
We will provide you with a tracking via email after your parcel has been dispatched. You can track the delivery progress here:

Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No, we do not store your credit card details on our website, this may be stored with Paypal, our payment processor, if you choose to do so.
Do you charge IVA?
Yes, by law we have to. All prices include 23% IVA.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Portugal and Spain. If you want to see our products in your country, please contact us!
Will my items come in one package?
Yes!
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
As per EU regulations, if you are unhappy with the purchase or if an item is incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will initiate the return process. Please see our returns policy here.
I received the wrong item
Please let us know! We will happily pay for return shipping for the incorrect item and get the correct item on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy here.
My order arrived damaged
You will need to file a claim with the courier company as soon as you receive the parcel. Please refer to our returns policy for the instructions.
Where should I mail my authorized return?
We will send you a return waybill from our courier company that will include all the necessary details.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
We cannot guarantee this. Please contact us immediately so we can stop the processing of your order, so that you have a chance to correct the order before dispatch.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
It depends on the item. Contact us and we will let you know if we can make an arrangement! Delivery times may be subject to change in these scenarios.
