Countries
Deliveries are made to private or business addresses within Spain or Portugal. Please note that delivery services might not be available in certain remote areas. If it is impossible to deliver to the specified location, YJÜK Jewelry will try to find a suitable alternative. If that is not possible, YJÜK Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
Order cut-off time.
All orders placed before 10:00 will be dispatched the same day.
Delivery Time
The customer selects the delivery location and receipt date when placing the order on the website.
- Standard delivery: 3-8 business days.
- Urgent delivery: 1-3 business days.
Delivery Cost
- Standard delivery is free for all orders.
- Urgent delivery costs €10.
Tracking
The delivery tracking number provided to the customer can be used to track the parcel at CTT Expresso directly: CTT Expresso.
Dispatch
Orders received on a weekend, or during a national or local holiday in Braga, Portugal will be processed the next business day.
Stock Availability
YJÜK Jewelry strives to ensure accurate and updated stock information on the website. If an item is out of stock when an order is placed, YJÜK Jewelry will inform the customer, provide the availability date, propose an equivalent product, or offer a refund.
Receiving the Delivery
By placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt document presented by the delivery person, in which they may include all necessary observations.
By signing the receipt document, the customer acknowledges receiving the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer finds damaged or missing products, they must place a claim with the delivery company within a maximum period of 48 hours.
All indicated delivery times refer to business days. The transport company does not make deliveries on weekends or national holidays.
If delivery times are not met for reasons beyond YJÜK Jewelry’s control (e.g., transport company delays, address errors), YJÜK Jewelry will not assume any responsibility for these failures.
Signature Requirement
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If the customer is unavailable, the delivery person may leave a note with options to reschedule the delivery or where to collect the package.
Packaging
Items are securely packaged to ensure their protection during transit. In the case of damage to the packaging, customers are advised to check the contents before signing the receipt.
Delivery Anomalies
In the case of a delivery anomaly such as force majeure, disaster, strike, administrative decision, or transport strike that delays, prevents, or makes supply excessively expensive, YJÜK Jewelry’s obligations will be suspended or terminated without compensation in favor of the customer if the situation persists for 15 days or more.
YJÜK Jewelry will inform the customer on the day the situation occurs.
Customs and Duties
While shipping within the EU generally does not incur customs duties, any local taxes or duties that may apply are the customer’s responsibility.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the delivery address needs to be changed after placing an order, customers should contact customer service immediately.
