Returns

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order.

Return Process

  2. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and any other items received. Ensure the items are unworn and in the same condition as received.

  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to our returns address in Braga, Portugal, which will be provided by our support team and provide us with the tracking number from the delivery company.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying for and facilitating the return of the item, unless the item is defective or we have made an error, in which case we will bear the cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Contact Us: Via any method on our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Follow the Return Process: Return the item as outlined above.
  3. Place a New Order: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

Please note that customers are responsible for a re-delivery fee when exchanging items (which vary based on location). These costs will be communicated at the beginning of the exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
